Fish Oil: Technology, Nutrition and Marketing contains the proceedings of a conference on fish oil organized by the Oils & Fats Group of the UK Society of Chemical Industry and held in Hull, UK, on 18-19 May 1995. The book was first published in 1995 by PJ Barnes & Associates (the publisher of Oily Press books) but is now out of print. [Please note: this file is substantially larger and the resolution is less good than for the other electronic files that we have offered. This is because there was no suitable electronic version of the original printed book from which we could make the PDF. Therefore we had to scan pages and make the file from graphics - the result is thus a compromise between file size and resolution.]
